Terms of use agreement 

The terms "our" "us" and "we" refer to Prance and Pounce Pets. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the customer. 

     Prance and Pounce Pets is a pet furniture boutique that provides a collection of products on our online store for customers to view, consider, and potentially purchase. Our store is hosted by bigcartel.com, but they are not a part of our business and have nothing to do with our day to day operations or policies. 

     By browsing our site, you are subject to our privacy policy (please see privacy policy page below). By using our site, you are subject to our terms of use policy. By purchasing from our site you are subject to our Shipping and returns policy. 

     Our goal is to provide products for customers to potentially purchase, provide the necessary fields for customers to provide their information if a purchase is made, provide payment portal to our payment affiliates for customers to complete their purchases, facilitate the fulfillment process with our suppliers, and to address customer service issues or questions in a timely fashion.      Prance and Pounce Pets uses an affiliate payment company to facilitate the payment process. We are not responsible for declined payments or any other payment issues. We are also not responsible for damages incurred because of payment issues.  We will do our best to work with you and our affiliate to try to resolve any issues that may occur. If you are having decline issues,  please first verify you have the available funds/credit, that your financial account is active, and double check that the information you entered is correct. Then contact your financial institution. For other issues, go to our contact page. Be sure to include the name and address associated with the original purchase, and all information relevant to your situation. 

● Disclaimer: As much as we try to provide accurate information about each product, the information provided on our website is received from online and  product suppliers, and not specifically verified by us. We are not responsible for incorrect information or damages incurred because of said misinformation. However if the item varies greatly from the description, you have 10 days from the receipt of the item to apply for a return. Product must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please see our Shipping and returns page below.

     Manufacturing defects can affect many of the same items produced. In the event we are attempting a replacement for a defective item, and the replacement item has the same defects as the original, the customer will be given a refund instead of a second replacement product. 

     Although we do our best to help each and every customer, Prance and Pounce Pets reserves the right to refuse refunds. An appeal can be made through our contact page.

     Many products on our store require assembly. It is your responsibility to make sure these items are assembled correctly. If instructions are needed, contact us and we will do our best to find clearer instructions for you.

     Prance and Pounce Pets, and its owners are not responsible or liable for any loss or  damages to persons, pets, or property due to use of our store or any products purchased from our store. We are not responsible or liable for any financial loss resulting from using products from, or purchasing from our store.
