●  Why did I only receive 1 of the 2 items I ordered?

     Many of our products are made by different manufacturers. Because of this, (and to save you money) different products will ship directly from different warehouses across the United States. Possibly even on different days. Please be patient as the other products from your order will be coming soon. Most orders will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. If it has been more than a few extra days email us through our contacts page and we will look into it right away. 

●  Why can't I use my P.O. Box?

     Our suppliers require a physical shipping address for their deliveries. Because of that we, unfortunately, are unable to accept P.O. Box addresses.
     If you have made an order using a P.O. Box by mistake, contact us right away and we will also do our best to contact you to change it or make arrangements. (Please check your spam folder!) If contact is not made within 5 days, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

●  Can I change my shipping address?

     If you enter the wrong shipping address,  contact us immediately through our contact page! We always check for customer messages before processing orders. We try to process our orders quickly so they can get to you quickly.
If your order has already been processed, we cannot change it.
If we receive your message before processing, it can be changed. Please include name and address originally associated with the order, along with the new shipping address.
