Shipping
* We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Enter a physical shipping address. If your order is accidentally made with a P.O. Box, go to our contact page to change it and let us know ASAP! We will also try to contact you via your provided email before canceling the order. If a response is not received within 5 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
SHIPPING IS FREE, however Prance and Pounce Pets is currently only shipping to the USA Contiguous 48 States. Most orders will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed when available, be sure to check your spam folder.
Many of our products are made by different manufacturers. Because of this, (and to save you money) different products will ship directly from different warehouses across the United States. Possibly even on different days. Please be patient if you have ordered multiple products but only received one. The rest will arrive soon. Most orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.
In the event your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged. Please email us through our contacts page, include the name and address associated with the order. If damaged, keep the original packaging and take pictures. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Customers have 10 days from receipt of order to apply for a product return. Product must be in new condition and in original packaging. Shipping damage and manufacturing flaws will be accepted. We are not responsible if a product was damaged by you or your pets, (for example, a super chewer dog tore apart his new bed) even if its within the first 10 days. Use our contact us page to email us to let us know about your situation. Include the following information:
* Which product/products need returning
* Reason for the return
* Pictures of damages/flaws
* Whether you are hoping for a refund or replacement.
* Name and address associated with the original purchase of products
All returned products must be returned to Prance and Pounce Pets or one of our suppliers at the address given during correspondance. This will be at customers expense unless otherwise specifically stated by us during correspondence.
